Historic building in Dénia's Town Hall Square

Historic three-storey building in Dénia's town hall square, at the street mouth of Loreto street. A building inventoried by Heritage that preserves the unique character of the architecture of past times, with ashlar masonry and arches of local 'tosca' sandstone. The façade is in a good state of conservation.

Years ago a structural reform was carried out that maintained the protected elements of the building, such as its façades, arches and load-bearing wall. The interior was left open-plan, with a structure of steel pillars and concrete beams on the floors.

The original staircase was removed and the interior courtyard was included under the roof in order to use the space as a shaft for the new staircase and lift.

The building has a ground floor + 2 floors. It allows a multitude of uses and configurations, enabling you to configure the space into whatever you consider, whether it is housing, flats, shops?
